| Valuations are tailored to meet the
clients’ requirements - whether a full house contents or a single item. Illustrations of items valued and/or room
and interior shots are offered in personalised CD form as part of the valuation
package. Fees are based on time taken, not as a
percentage of sums valued. In normal circumstances this can range from £150 up
to £500 for a full day. There is no additional charge for research
or travel, unless in exceptional circumstances: nor is VAT chargeable.
